I want HANZ to be a source of strong hope, like the force that keeps people going.

I believe that people are the protagonists of history. In the same way, the protagonists of this company are our staff.

The mental energy each person carries cannot be measured by itself. But when that energy takes the form of services and products, society recognises it as value. I feel that human energy is without limit. That is why I regard the potential of our staff as the company’s greatest asset.

In Greek myth there is the line, “And the gods were born from chaos.” I believe energy is born from chaos, from a place that holds every kind of diversity and possibility. When different opinions meet and live side by side, and differences of nationality, language, culture and gender move together inside HANZ Corporation, we feel the fulfilment of creating something.

We should spend less effort worrying about how we are judged today, and more effort building the future. Tomorrow is never quite the same as today. It is a new time, and encounters, discoveries and moments that move us are waiting.
